Beach Box Reno

Location: Kill Devil Hills, NC

Sound Design Build undertook extensive exterior renovations on this charming beach box, bringing it down to the studs. All pilings were replaced with a new girder system and subfloor, along with comprehensive structural reinforcements. We installed new impact resistant windows throughout the home, along with a new roof. The existing wood paneling was removed to expose the studs and subfloor, paving the way for impressive interior renovations. 

New finishes included all new drywall, updated trim, fresh plank flooring, custom tiled baths, and a brand new kitchen.
