Duck Sound Front Addition

Sound Design Build undertook a substantial Duck NC construction project by adding a 1,500 sqft addition to this beautiful sound front cottage in Duck. We skillfully infilled the ground floor to create a kitchenette, game room, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms. The existing screen porch was transformed into a kitchen addition, with a new porch and an additional screen porch added to the rear of the house. This home addition also required updates to parking, landscaping, and septic systems.

In collaboration with Millstone Marine, we designed a new pier and partnered with Evolve Design to enhance the West-facing pool.
