Duck Sound Front Addition

Sound Design Build added a 1,500 sqft addition for this sound front home in Duck. We infilled the ground floor to add a kitchenette, game room, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms. The existing screen porch was enclosed as a kitchen addition with a new porch and screen porch added to the rear of the house. The addition prompted new parking, landscaping, and septic.

We partnered with Millstone Marine on a new pier and Evolve Design on the West facing pool.
