Hatteras Cottage

Location: Hatteras, NC

Sound Design Build was commissioned as architects to design a custom Hatteras Cottage for a local builder’s personal home. The floor plan is under 2,000 sqft so efficiency was key! An expansive back deck opens up to miles of sound side views. 

The design pays homage to local historical buildings, Hatteras weather station, life saving stations, and original cottages.
