Sound Design Build proudly served as both the architect and contractor for this new 1,600 sq ft Kill Devil Hills cottage. While many small cottages in the area are often replaced with larger structures, we focused on an efficient use of space and custom interior design to create a charming home that harmonizes with the local architectural style.

The home features 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, spacious decks, and a dry ground entrance, making it an ideal long-term rental — a much-needed commodity here on the Outer Banks, especially for those interested in home renovation in Virginia Beach looking to invest in rental properties.
