Sound Design Build served as both the architect and contractor for this 1,600 sq ft new build in Kill Devil Hills. While many small cottages in the area are often replaced with larger structures, we focused on an efficient use of space. The result is a charming cottage that beautifully complements the local architectural style.

The home has 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, spacious decks, and a dry ground entrance, making it the perfect long-term rental — a much-needed commodity here on the Outer Banks!
